Sri Krishna Pharmaceuticals Limited, commonly known as Sri Krishna Pharma, is a leading manufacturer of various pharmaceutical products including acetaminophen (paracetamol), folic acid, domperidone and furosemide, provide more than 150 niche drugs to the Asian pharmaceutical market, as well as Europe and the USA.
The company was looking for a pharmaceutical vibro sifter for one of their factories to expand the production of paracetamol. Having previously supplied the company with a high-performance sieving machine, Sri Krishna Pharma did not hesitate to approach Russell Finex, global sieving machine manufacturers, once again for a sieving solution.

Russell Finex examined Sri Krishna Pharma’s distinctive requirements and supplied three 900mm diameter Russell Compact Sieve® unit with Vibrasonic® Deblinding Systems.
The Russell Compact Sieve® is a high capacity safety sieving machine, designed to ensure powders and liquid slurries, are contamination free and can easily fit into existing production lines due its compact size. Operation and cleaning are quick and easy due to fewer contact parts made of high-quality stainless-steel.
Pharmaceutical powders are prone to cause mesh blinding, therefore the Russell Compact Sieve® was fitted with the Vibrasonic® Deblinding System to enable continuous screening of the powders on finer meshes without compromising flow rates. This ultrasonic deblinding system uses an ultrasonic frequency which breaks the surface tension making the wires friction free for material to easily pass through the screen.
