High performance separation solution removes 92% of dust from clay powder at 200kg/hr

The 48″ Finex Ultima™ is an ideal vibro screen machine for removing dust particles from clay powder however the flow rate can have an impact on sieving performance. 92% dust is removed if the feeding rate of the product is 200 kg/hr. If the feeding rate is reduced to 80 kg/hr then 96% of dust is removed. By adding the Vibrasonic® Deblinding system the throughput will further increase in addition to increased sieving efficiency and eliminated mesh binding. Without Vibrasonic there are chances for mesh blinding which cause lower output, incomplete separation and increased maintenance costs. By using the Vibrasonic® Deblinding System the mesh screens stay clear from blockage.
