The Russell Compact 3in1 Sieve™ is a high capacity vibro sifter engineered to solve dust problems and to give high capacity check screening with a low level bag tipping station. This vibrating sifter is a versatile unit which can be easily fitted into existing production lines and can be customized for unique requirements. In this trial demonstration the Russell Compact 3in1 Sieve™ has been mounted onto a mobile stand which helps in easy mobility of the machinery. A screw conveyor has also been connected to the sieve outlet allowing a larger collecting bin to be used.
This vibrating sifter has been designed with high standard contact parts to cater for the food and pharmaceutical industries where hygiene standards, operator’s health and product quality are of the highest importance.
