Using the Finex Ultima to accurately grade chocolate brownie pieces into 2 fractions for reuse
To minimize product wastage, product recovery and reprocessing is one of the goals of many manufacturing companies. This demonstration video shows how the Finex Ultima™ effectively grades recovered chocolate brownie pieces into 2 fractions. By using a 2mm mesh screen, oversize and undersize can be separated. This specific application achieved a throughput rate of 160 kg/hr, however this screen is quite versatile and can achieve throughput rates of up to 10 t/hr. The vibro screen is equipped with a unique rubber suspension system which helps in providing maximum vibration to the mesh compared to traditional spring mounted grading screens.
