The Russell Compact Airswept Sieve™ is the ideal machine for screening lightweight applications such as aerosil or products which generate dust, as this vibrating sifter can screen such applications in one dust-tight operation, minimizing the risk of contamination and safeguarding operators from product inhalation. This trial video demonstrates how the Russell Compact Airswept Sieve™ performs dust-free sieving and conveying of the product from one location to the next in one continuous operation. To break the aerosil agglomerates, nylon discs are placed on to the mesh for product to pass easily through the mesh during sieving.
The Russell Compact Airswept Sieve™ is a high-performance vibrating sifter, enabling sieving capacity to be increased by up to 4 times compared to conventional round screeners. The unit is designed with the aim to provide dust-tight sieving to minimize the risk of product to be inhaled by operator, and can be stripped down without the need of extra tools making it also easy to clean. Available in different sizes, this sieving machine can be customized as per customer requirements.
