Russell Finex displayed their sieving and filtration range at Powder & Bulk Solids Exhibition
The fifth edition of the Powder & Bulk Solids exhibition was held in Mumbai, India in February 2015. Russell Finex attended for the first time displaying their innovative screening and filtration solutions, and the show proved to be a great success.
Powder & Bulk Solids, a three-day event, showcased a variety of mechanical processing and material handling technologies for screening, size reduction, mixing, conveying etc. Many companies from all over the world participated in the exhibition including the UK, Germany, Netherland and US.
Russell Finex have extensive experience of working with manufacturers from a wide range of industries including food, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, and displayed working models of their innovative screening machines at the exhibition. This included the Russell Compact Sieve® vibro sifter fitted with the Vibrasonic®Deblinding System and the Finex Ultima™ vibro screen. These machines offer an ideal solution for many processing applications including check screening, grading and liquid filtration.
The Russell Compact Sieve®: Ideal for check screening to remove contamination and ferrous particles. Due to its compact design it is easy to clean and maintain and can fit easily to existing production lines, providing considerable screening capacity without requiring extra space. This vibrating sifter is suitable to all industry types.
The Vibrasonic®Deblinding System: An ultrasonic deblinding sifter which helps prevent mesh blinding and increases screening capacity. There is no downtime to clean the mesh as screens stay clear from blockage which in turn increases mesh life. It provides accurate separation down to 20 microns (#635).
The Finex Ultima™: This revolutionary vibro screen is designed to deliver increased productivity and operating benefits. It has an open frame design which provides easy cleaning without using extra tools. It is the ideal choice for the pharmaceutical industry and is available in different sizes from 30″ to 60″.
Russell Finex received a large number of good quality enquiries and attracted plenty of customers at the stand. After the great outcome of the exhibition, Russell Finex is planning to participate at the next Powder & Bulk Solids exhibition.
