Review of Paint India 2016

Russell Finex display innovative solutions for paint and coating industry

This year’s Paint India exhibition was a 3 day event held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai from 21-23 January 2016. The event is organised by Expo Nova and held every 2 years to gather manufactures and suppliers of paint, coatings, ink, construction chemicals, adhesives and sealants, allowing them to explore new business opportunities.

Russell Finex participated for the first time and was able to attract many paint manufactures and suppliers with their innovative range of screening and filtration equipment. Product knowledge was shared with customers through trial videos, helping them understand which sieving and filtration solutions could help them improve their product quality.

Vishal Patil, Sales Manager says “Paint India is perhaps the only large-scale sourcing and technology forum in India with paints, coatings, inks and adhesives being the core focus. It helped connect Russell Finex to various businesses in India, and the majority of visitors were from R & D and technology departments.”

Russell Finex located shared their following sieving and filtration equipment:

1) Self Cleaning Russell Eco Filter®: This industrial self-cleaning filter is suitable for highly viscous liquids and pastes to remove contamination down to 10 micron. It has a unique SpiroKlene™ wiper system which increases production rates compared to other filtration systems. This self-cleaning filter is cost effective and eco-friendly, without the need for filter bags or cartridge changes.

2) Russell Compact Sieve®: This vibro sifter is known for its high capacity safety screening, designed to be fitted into small spaces and maintain high performance. Innovative engineering made this machine less than half the height of conventional circular vibro sieves or vibro filters and it issuitable for both wet and dry applications.

3) Vibrasonic® Deblinding System: This ultrasonic vibrating screening machine helps to prevent mesh blinding by using an ultrasonic frequency which breaks surface tension to clear the mesh screen enabling increased and consistent throughput.

The next Paint India exhibition will be held in Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai from 8-10 March 2018. Russell Finex plan to participate again, after such a great response from paint and coatings manufacturers during this year’s show.
