Meet Russell Finex at Aahar International Fair 2016
Russell Finex will display their innovative range of screening equipment for the food industry at Stand- 7E-23-B, Hall No. 7E
The Aahar International Fair 2016 is going to be held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from March 15th -19th 2016 along with its two concurrent events; Hospitality India covering Hotel & Restaurants Equipment, and Supplies and Food India covering food, processed foods, food processing and beverages.
The event will take place over 5 days, with more than 800 exhibitors participating from 22 countries. Russell Finex is exhibiting for the first time and will be located at Hall No. 7E, Stand No. 7E-23-B. The Finex Ultima™: Specially designed for the Indian market, the Finex Ultima™ vibro separator is capable of delivering increased productivity. This vibrating screen is preferred in the food industry due to its hygienic open frame design and unique rubber suspension mounts which helps achieve uniform sieving and consistent product quality.
Russell Compact Sieve®: This vibrating sifter is known for its compact design and high capacity screening for wet and dry applications. Food powders like infant food, milk powder and flour are often screened by the Russell Compact Sieve® to eliminate any contamination and ensure product quality. Contact parts are designed for easy cleaning and can fit into existing production lines.
Vibrasonic® Deblinding System: This ultrasonic sifter prevents blinding of mesh which can occur during sieving difficult food powders. The system uses an ultrasonic frequency which breaks down mesh surface tension, eliminating mesh blinding, enhancing the screening process and reducing mesh damage.
Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter®: This self-cleaning filter is used for liquid food applications such as chocolate, caramel and honey to eliminate oversize contamination. It consists of an enclosed system ensuring the product is contamination free.
